The next step depends on the creation flow shown on your Paw Prints page. Follow the message beside your portrait or the purchase prompt to see what is available to you.

Some flows include one free generation before purchase. After using it, you can choose a product and complete your purchase to unlock further generation and tuning for the purchased item.

The free portrait is a preview. It does not place or pay for a physical-product order.

Select Choose my product, browse the products offered for your chosen style, and complete checkout. The examples shown before you upload and generate are sample artwork.

After payment, Paw Prints returns you to the portrait flow. Upload your pet's photo, generate the artwork, and make your adjustments before choosing the final portrait.

This message indicates that your purchase has unlocked generation and tuning in the current purchase flow. It gives you room to work on your portrait before sending the final artwork for your item.

Check Your orders using the same Paw Prints account or browser session you used for the purchase. If the payment is confirmed but you cannot continue, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the prompt so we can check the purchase.
