If you purchased a product before creating its portrait, payment is followed by an artwork step. Paw Prints brings you back to the creation page so you can make the portrait for that item.
Finish your portrait
Look for Purchase confirmed on the creation page.
Upload the photo you want to use and select Generate.
Inspect the portrait at full size. Check the pet's details and any personalized text.
Use Retry or Tweak it, when available, until you are ready to choose.
Select Use this portrait to attach the final artwork to your purchased item.
The button shows Finishing... while the choice is saved. Once that succeeds, you are taken to Your orders.
What does "Use this portrait" do?
It confirms the artwork for your purchased item and allows fulfillment to proceed. Treat it as the final artwork decision for that item, rather than another preview button.
Cannot finish?
If you see an error, keep the message and contact us with your order number. If you left the creation flow and cannot find the purchased item again, use the same account or browser session and ask us for help locating it.
If you already selected the final artwork and need a change, contact us promptly. We need to check the order's production status before confirming whether a change is possible.
