How to edit or remove an item in your cart

Change product options, update quantities, or clear unavailable items before checkout.

You can review and change items in Your cart before completing payment.

Edit an item

  1. Open Your cart using the cart icon or the link in the website footer.

  2. Find the item and select Edit.

  3. Review the available product options and make your changes.

  4. Select Save changes.

  5. Check the updated item, quantity, and total in your cart before proceeding.

Cart editing returns you to the item editor. The options available there can differ from starting a brand-new portrait; follow the controls shown for that item.

Change the quantity

Use the Qty selector on the cart item. Wait for the update to finish, then check the quantity and cart total. If an error appears, the update may not have saved; try again before checking out.

Remove an item

Select Remove on the item you no longer want. Removing an item from your cart does not cancel an order you have already paid for.

"No longer available"

Checkout is paused when a cart item is no longer available. Select Edit to choose an available option, or Remove the item. Resolve each highlighted item before trying checkout again.

If the editor cannot load the item or its portrait, return to the cart. Contact us if you need help recovering the design.
