Your Paw Prints order page brings together the details of your purchase, including a receipt link when it is available.
Find your receipt
Open Your orders.
Select the order you need.
Select View receipt near the top of the order details page.
The receipt opens in a separate page. If you see Receipt processing instead, the receipt link is not available yet. Return to the order page later to check again.
What else is on the order page?
Your order number and the date the order was placed.
Payment status and the order total.
The items purchased, their quantities, and selected options.
Billing and shipping information when available.
Package tracking when tracking details have been added.
You can also select an item's preview to inspect it more closely when a preview is available.
Can't find the purchase?
Use the same Paw Prints account or browser session you used at checkout and check your email for an order confirmation. If the order or receipt is still missing, contact us with the checkout email, approximate purchase date, and amount so we can help locate it.
If you notice incorrect order details, contact us promptly with the order number and the correction needed.
