  • Admins

  • Zoom Integrations

  • Create an Event

You can also close out the checklist when you're done. You can find the close checklist button in step 5 - Create Event.

3. Import Members

Next, you'll want to import your members. We suggest importing members via csv or Zapier.

Note: If you'd like to create your events before inviting members, that's fine too! Just make sure you have the Retroactive Invites toggle ON if you'd like for members to receive invites to existing events once they're added to Virtually.

4. Create Events

Now you're ready to create events! Here are some helpful resources:

5. Access Event Data

Virtually pulls attendance data for all events created in Virtually. You can access this data in the 'Insights' tab. Here are other important things to know:

  • Learn how attendance tracking in Virtually works here.

  • Automatically export attendance data via Zapier or via our native Airtable integration

  • Learn all about our automated feedback surveys here.

6. Reach Out if you have Questions

Still have questions? You can contact our team any time using the Intercom button on the bottom left of your screen.

Our Virtually How-To Guide also has tons of helpful articles for you to review to find answers to your questions. Be sure to check it out!
