Great news: editing leveled workouts just got a lot easier. Before, you had to change the number of levels and copy and paste content from one level to the next.
Now you can work on each level on its own. You can hide a level from members, add a new level in a specific spot, move levels around, and copy a level’s content to the next level.
All of this lives in the three-dot menu next to your level colors.
Where to find the level options
Go to Programming and open the Track Programming page.
Click a day on the calendar to open the Workouts panel, then open the leveled workout you want to edit.
Scroll down to the level colors. These are the colored dots, such as white, yellow, gray, and black, that match the levels set up in your track settings.
Click the color dot for the level you want to work on. Its content shows in the editor below.
Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the level colors. You’ll see these options: Hide from members, Insert level before, Insert level after, Move left, Move right, and Copy to next level.
📝 Note: Each option applies to the level you have selected. So pick the color dot first, then open the menu.
Hiding a level from members
Say you want members to see the white, gray, and black levels for a workout, but not yellow.
Click the yellow dot to select that level.
Open the three-dot menu and click Hide from members.
You’ll see a confirmation like “Level 2 is hidden from members,” and a note above the editor shows that the level is hidden. To make it visible again, open the same menu and show it to members. The confirmation will read “Level 2 is showing to members.”
Inserting a new, blank level
Need an empty level in between two existing ones? For example, you might want a new level between white and yellow.
Click the level you want the new one to sit next to.
Open the three-dot menu and choose Insert level before or Insert level after.
A new blank level appears in that spot, ready for you to fill in. The level colors follow the order set in your track settings, so the colors shift down to make room, and a new color is added at the end.
Copying a level’s content to the next level
This is a great shortcut when two levels are almost the same.
Click the level that has the content you want to copy.
Open the three-dot menu and click Copy to next level.
The content now shows on the next level. Click that level’s dot and make any small edits it needs, like adjusting reps or loads.
If a level’s content ended up in the wrong spot, you can shift it.
Click the level you want to move.
Open the three-dot menu and click Move left or Move right.
The level’s content trades places with the level beside it. For example, moving the gray level’s content to the right puts it on black.
When you’re finished, click Done to save your workout.
You’re all set! With these level options, you can shape each level exactly how you want, with no more copying, pasting, and changing the number of levels just to make an edit.
