Great news: you can now copy, move, hide, and delete workouts in bulk on your programming calendar. You can do this for a whole week (or a month), or for just the workouts you pick. That means you build something once and send it anywhere you need it, without recreating each workout by hand.
There are two ways to work in bulk:
Option 1: Select whole days or weeks. Use this when you want to copy or move everything on those days. That includes your warm-up, strength, workout, and extra credit.
Option 2 (NEW): Select individual workouts. Use this when you only need certain workouts. For example, you might have one Extra Credit workout that should repeat for the next four weeks.
Option 1: Copy, move, or edit whole weeks
Go to Programming and open the Track Programming page, on the Workouts tab.
Click in an empty spot of a day (not on a workout block), then drag across the calendar to select every day you want. You can select one week, several weeks, or a whole month.
A Workouts panel opens on the right. It shows your date range and how many days you selected, for example “14 days selected. Pick what to do with their workouts.”
Choose an action from the row of icons: Copy, Move, Hide or unhide, Delete, or Recycle bin.
To move a week (or more) of workouts:
Click the Move icon (its tooltip reads “Move to a track or date”).
Under Workouts, every workout in your selection is checked. In the video, that’s 54 of 54. Uncheck any you’d like to leave behind, or use Clear all and pick only the ones you want.
Under To this track, choose the track to move them to.
Under Block starts on, choose the date the block should begin.
Click the yellow button to move them.
📝 Note: Moving doesn’t make a copy. Your workouts leave their original days and land on the new dates.
To copy a week (or more) of workouts:
Click the Copy icon.
Check or uncheck the workouts you want to include.
Under To these tracks, choose one or more tracks.
Under Copy the block to start on, choose Pick days or Date range.
If you chose Date range, set the From and To dates. Then pick the days under On these days, either individual days or a shortcut like Every day, Weekdays, or Every Mon.
Each date you choose is where the first day of your block lands. The rest of the block keeps the same spacing.
Click the yellow button to make your copies.
To hide or unhide workouts:
Click the Hide or unhide icon (the eye). This is handy when your programming isn’t ready yet and you don’t want members to see it. Unhide the workouts whenever you’re ready.
To delete workouts:
Click the Delete icon (the trash can). If you delete something by mistake, don’t worry. The Recycle bin icon right next to it lets you get it back.
Editor settings:
Click the gear icon on the right side of the panel to open Editor Options and Settings. There you can choose Keep text colors on paste and Keep background colors on paste, so your copied workouts keep their formatting.
Option 2 (NEW): Copy, move, or edit individual workouts
Click Select in the top right corner of the calendar. A prompt at the bottom reads “Click workouts or a day number to select them. Drag across days to add them all.”
Click each workout you want. A checkmark shows up on every selected workout.
An action bar appears at the bottom with Copy, Move, Hide, and Delete. Click Done or the X when you’re finished.
To copy a workout for the next few weeks:
Say you built one Extra Credit workout and want it to repeat weekly.
Click Copy, then choose Weeks ahead.
Under Copy to, choose 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and/or 4 weeks. Select all four, and a workout from Monday, September 28 copies to Oct 5, 12, 19, and 26.
If you’d like, use Or add a start date to choose a specific date.
Under On these tracks, confirm the track.
Check the preview list, then click the yellow button (for example, Make 4 copies on 4 dates).
To copy a workout to specific days:
Maybe you only want Extra Credit on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Click Copy, then choose Date range.
Set your From and To dates.
Under On these days, tap the days you want (for example, Mo, We, Fr).
Confirm the track, check the preview, and click the yellow button (for example, Make 3 copies on 3 dates).
📝 Note: When you copy, your original workout stays exactly where it is.
To move a workout:
Click Move.
Under Move to, choose how far to move it: back 1 week, or ahead 1, 2, or 4 weeks. You can also use Or pick a start date.
Under On this track, choose the track it should move to.
Check the preview, then click Move 1 workout. If you selected several workouts, they keep their spacing when they move.
Hide, unhide, and delete work the same way as in Option 1. Just use the buttons in the action bar.
Shortcut: Drag and drop
Once your workouts are selected, you can also just drag them on the calendar:
To move them, drag any selected workout to another day. The rest of your selection moves with it and keeps its spacing.
To copy them, hold Option (Mac) or Alt (Windows) while you drop.
📝 Note: You can undo a move right after you make it.
You’re all set! Whether you’re rolling out a full programming block or repeating one extra credit workout, bulk editing saves you from building each workout one at a time.
