Simplified Agreements
The Fieldwork Service Agreements feature is a powerful tool, giving you the flexibility to use your own customized, fillable PDF forms for complex contracts and documents. For more straightforward estimates and agreements, we’re introducing an integrated document generator that’s easy to customize with your branding and content—so you can get up and running faster than ever.


Sales Pipeline
We’ve moved leads and sales activity into a dedicated area called Pipeline. This gives your team a centralized place to track opportunities for both new leads and existing customers, manage agreements, and log all sales interactions—calls, emails, and tasks—as you move each deal toward close.


Outbound mobile calling
You’ll be able to place calls directly from the Fieldwork mobile app using your purchased Fieldwork phone number. This keeps all outbound communication consistent and professional—eliminating the need for multiple or personal phone numbers when technicians or sales staff call from their mobile devices.




​Summary Reports
We are creating operational and financial summary reports similar to our sales summary report. These reports will provide quick access to important KPI's.

Operations Summary (filter by date, tech, branch)
Completion rate, Callback rate, Production Completed, Schedule accuracy, Cancelation rate, Missed rate

Financial Summary (filter by date, branch)
Accounts Recievable, Income, Revenue, Sales projection



AI infused Inbox
The Fieldwork inbox is heavily used for customer communication. To streamline and reduce response times for customer service we've built an AI that will create thoughtful auto-responses (that you approve prior to sending) as well as bring our Best fit scheduling recommendations into the conversation for one click scheduling changes right form the Inbox.



AI Inbound voice lead capture
The foundations we've build around calling and inbox AI, have allowed us to build a voice assistant that will allow it to answer inbound calls from new and existing customers to leave their information as a Lead or as a note or task so that you dont miss any calls. Both overflow and after hours.



Diagram Updates
The updated diagram tool, will work directly with Google Maps to allow for easier drawing of walls, as well as estimated linear and sq. ft. which can be displayed on agreements. There will also be better support for large facilities and improvements to device placements, rotation of elements and other usability enhancements.



Updated web user interface
In order to expand Fieldwork's functionality and modernize our interface our team has been working on a refresh. The main changes are modern style updates and a sidebar navigation that gives us more room to bring in new areas to the program. All internal page content and functionality will work in the same way.
