  • View Agreements under the customer's Location page, Agreements tab

Important Once a Service Agreement is deleted, it cannot be restored.

The initial and recurring Work Orders are grouped together In the customer's Billing page, Agreements tab, Location Page, Work Orders tab and Location page, Agreements tab.  The initial and recurring Work Orders appear as they always have, except there's a green header above the Initial Service.

Items in the Green Header

Agreement Status - Shows the status of the Agreement. To change it, click the Edit button. Only Agreements with an Active status appear in the Calendar.

Service Name - Shows the service being provided.

Renews On - This is the date the service renews. As this date approaches renewal notices will be sent on the days you selected (such as 30 days before, 15 days before, 1 day after...) in the Service Agreement template.

Print - Opens the contract as a PDF file for you to print to the printer.

Edit - Opens the Edit Agreement pane for editing.

The Work Orders are listed underneath the green header. The first is the Initial service followed by the Recurring service. The information shown and the functions of the buttons are the same as for any other Work Order in the Work Orders tab.

If the Work Order does not appear in the Calendar, see this article: Instances when a Work Order does not appear in the Calendar
