To cancel a scheduled campaign, go to the Edit section of the corresponding campaign. This guide shows you how to do this quickly and easily.
⚠️ Warning: Cancellation must be done before the campaign is sent. Once the campaign has been sent, it can no longer be deleted or paused.
We therefore recommend that you regularly check your scheduled campaigns and act quickly if you want to cancel one, especially as the scheduled send time approaches.
If you have any doubts about the content or scheduling of a campaign, don’t hesitate to unschedule it in advance and then reschedule it rather than risk sending an unwanted message.
