The Properties page (under Portfolio) is your bird's-eye view of every home you track — across all of your clients, in one place. Where a client's detail page shows just that person's properties, the Properties page is the whole book of business at once: know who owns what, and where.
List and map, side by side
The page shows your properties two ways at the same time. On the left, a list of property cards; on the right, a map with every property plotted. The two stay in sync — as you filter the list, the map narrows with it, and as you zoom out, nearby properties cluster together so the map stays readable even with a large portfolio. The map view is handy for seeing where your clients' homes are concentrated, which can shape where you farm, prospect, or focus marketing.
What each property card shows
Every card gives you the essentials at a glance: the property's current estimated value, its full address, the basics (beds, baths, parking), and a marker showing which client owns it. Select a property to open it and see more.
Finding a property
Use the filters at the top to narrow a large portfolio down fast. You can filter by city, neighbourhood, or address, and by price, beds, baths, approximate square footage, basement, parking, style, and age. That makes it easy to answer questions like "which of my clients own condos in this neighbourhood?" or "who in my database owns a home in X location as I have a buyer in X location" — useful when you're deciding who to reach out to.
Your values stay current
You don't have to refresh anything. Homsie updates these estimates automatically, so the numbers stay current and each property builds a value history over time — which is exactly what your clients see in their own portals, and what powers their monthly value emails.
Adding a new home
To value a home that isn't in Homsie yet, use Create CMA (top right). That starts the flow that adds the property, pulls its details, and generates a valuation you can review and share. See "Creating a CMA."
