Clients can come into Homsie a few different ways. However they arrive, they get their own branded portal to track their home value, and you stay top of mind with automatic monthly value updates by email and text. Use whichever route fits how you work.
⚠️ Important: inviting clients and creating CMAs unlock once your MLS agreement is complete. Until then, you'll see Complete your MLS agreement with a link back to onboarding.
Share your invite link
The quickest way to bring in clients yourself is your personal invite link.
Click Invite Clients in the sidebar.
Under Your invite link, click Copy Link.
Share it anywhere, such as a one-to-one email, a newsletter, a text or a social post. Anyone who signs up through it is automatically linked to you.
The link opens a branded sign-up page that shows the client it came from you. They enter their details, create an account, and they're in. If you'd like a page that does more of the selling for you, try your landing page (see below).
Import a spreadsheet
Got a list of past clients? In the Invite Clients window, click Import from CSV (it's also under Integrations → CSV). Homsie matches up your columns, values each home, and sends each invite once that home's value is approved. Each import becomes a List you can track. See "Importing clients from a CSV".
Import from your CRM
If you use Follow Up Boss, connect it from Integrations and import contacts straight from your smart lists. See "Importing contacts from Follow Up Boss".
Create a CMA
When you create and submit a CMA for a new client, Homsie invites them to their portal automatically. It's an easy way to add a client and their property in one go. If you'd rather wait, untick Invite this client to the portal and they'll be added without any emails. See "Creating a CMA".
Capture inbound leads with Marketplace
Your Marketplace tools bring homeowners to you. Anyone who signs up through them comes into Homsie as a new lead you can follow up with:
Landing page: a hosted page you can link to from ads, posts and flyers. See "Set up your landing page".
Sign-up widget: a button for your own website. See "Set up your sign-up widget".
QR codes: for signs, flyers and mailers. See "Set up QR codes".
