To give Homsie access to live MLS data for your homeowner portals in the ITSO region (Kitchener–Waterloo & Southwestern Ontario), you sign a one-time VOW (Virtual Office Website) agreement through ITSO. Here's how, start to finish.
Before you start: have your client-facing portal URL ready — you'll need it in the form. Here's where to find it 👇
Find your client-facing URL
In Homsie, click Invite Clients.
You'll see your invite link, which looks like this:
https://client.gethomsie.com/yourhandle/signup?invite=xxxxxxxxCopy only the first part — up to your handle:
https://client.gethomsie.com/yourhandle
⚠️ Important: Don't copy the whole link. Everything after /signup is a private invite code — only the https://client.gethomsie.com/yourhandle portion goes in the VOW form.
Sign the VOW agreement
Go to the ITSO dashboard: https://dashboard.itsorealestate.ca and log in.
Find Bridge.
Click New Agreement.
Choose VOW Agreement (Virtual Office Website Agreement).
Find and select Homsie as the vendor.
In the client-facing URL field, paste the link you copied above (
https://client.gethomsie.com/yourhandle).Review and sign.
What happens after you sign
Your signature is the first of four. The agreement is fully active once all four parties have signed, in this order:
You (the agent)
Homsie
Your Broker of Record
ITSO
Once all four signatures are in, full access to the Homsie platform is granted with ITSO data — and your portals can show live MLS listings and market activity.
⚠️ This usually takes 24 hours, Homsie will sign right away, the only dependency is how long it takes your Broker Of Record to sign.
Can't find the right board?
MLS coverage is board-by-board. If you don't see the board that covers your area, or you're not sure which one you need, tap the chat bubble and we'll point you to the right one — or help get your market added.
