To give Homsie access to live MLS data for your homeowner portals, you sign a one-time VOW (Virtual Office Website) agreement through PropTX. Most agents do it during onboarding. If you skipped it, you can finish it any time. Until it's done, creating CMAs and inviting clients stay locked.
Get to the agreement step
During onboarding: you're already there. It's the Sign the VOW Agreement step.
Skipped it? Click your profile at the bottom left of the sidebar to open Settings. Scroll to MLS Boards, where your TRREB board shows Not started, and click Complete agreement. This takes you back to the Sign the VOW Agreement step.
Copy your portal URL
Under Your portal URL to submit, for example https://client.gethomsie.com/yourhandle, click Copy. This is the client-facing website PropTX will approve.
⚠️ Important: submit exactly this URL. Don't paste an invite link from anywhere else in Homsie, because anything after your handle is a private invite code.
Sign the agreement in PropTX
Click Go to PropTX Dashboard, or go to the PropTX sign-in page, and log in with your TRREB credentials.
Click New Agreement.
Choose VOW Agreement (Virtual Office Website Agreement).
Select Homsie as the vendor.
Paste your portal URL into the client-facing website URL field.
Review and sign.
Back in Homsie, tick I confirm I've submitted my portal URL on the PropTX dashboard. and click Continue.
What happens next
Your signature is the first of four, in this order: you, Homsie, your Broker of Record and PropTX. While it's in progress, your board shows Pending review in Settings → MLS Boards. Once everyone has signed, it switches to Live, and you can start creating CMAs and inviting clients. Your 7-day free trial starts once your agreement is accepted.
⚠️ Important: this usually takes about 24 hours. Homsie signs right away, so the main wait is your Broker of Record. A quick heads-up to them can speed things along.
