Meeting Application gives you many opportunities to showcase the content you want to convey to your event attendees. This article includes brief descriptions of each module to make it easier for you to select them and make them best suited to the theme and formula of your event. If you want to learn more about a specific module, click on the link that will redirect you to the dedicated article.

  • Agenda - It provides current information about the event schedule. From this module, attendees will learn about the times of a specific session, the location of the session, the speakers that will be present, and it will also allow them to ask questions of the speakers in real-time.

You can learn more about this module in the Agenda of your event article.

  • Attendees - in this module you will find a list of the App's attendees. In the Mobile App, it allows users to meet new people, make contacts, and have conversations.

You can learn more about this module in the article Users of your event.

  • Booking/Reservation - this module allows event organizers to provide venues that attendees can book on the days and times indicated by the administrator. Users make reservations through the App, and the administrator accepts or rejects them in the Admin Panel.

You can learn more about this module in the Booking/Reservation article.

  • Event Info - contains a description of the event, which is made available to participants before or during the event, both in the App and on the Landing Page. You can include different information in it, depending on the character of the event you are preparing. It is important to keep the description short and clear so that participants can first find out what the theme and nature of the event is.

You can learn more about this module from the article Event info - information about your event.

  • Feed Wall - thanks to this module, you allow App users to express opinions, exchange experiences and discuss in a forum, visible only in the place dedicated to them, i.e. the App and the Landing Page of the event. This module can be compared to popular messengers on social networks.

You can learn more about this module in the article Feed Wall channel.

  • News - with this module you can provide the App users with the most important and latest information about your event. In each post of News type you can add a title, text and photo. Use this module as a place from where participants will get current information about your event.

You can learn more about this module in the article News module - event news.

  • Push Notifications - this module gives you the ability to send PUSH notifications on selected topics to your event participants. An example notification could be a reminder about an upcoming lecture, information about an evening banquet or a change of hours or room of a specific session.

You can learn more about this module in the article PUSH notifications.

  • Speakers - this module allows you to add speakers, artists and other important people who will be performing at your event. You can complete their profiles by adding a photo, description, contact information or links to their social media profiles, as well as assign them to specific sessions.

  • Surveys/Quizzes - this module is useful for gathering feedback on your event, as well as making it more interesting and encouraging gamification among attendees. Surveys allow you to explore feedback on specific elements of your event, while quizzes engage users to actively participate in your event.

You can learn more about this module in the article Quizzes & Surveys.

  • Banners - banner ads are an ideal idea for personalization, promoting partners, sponsors or selected exhibitors participating in your event, as well as enhancing the Application. This module allows you to choose where the banner will appear and add graphic content along with a deeplink.

You can learn more about this module in the article Promotional banners.

  • Exhibitors - if you are organizing an event where the exposure of your event's exhibitors is particularly important (trade shows, conferences with dedicated space for Partners), this is the module where it would be best to gather all information and contact details about exhibitors. An easy-to-read list of exhibitors, highlighting VIP statuses, will make it easier for attendees to freely browse profiles and find the content they are looking for, and even redirect to the exhibitor's booth on the interactive map. You don't have to add all the exhibitor information yourself, you can use the exhibitor moderator function and invite them to complete the information.

Learn more about this module and the exhibitor moderator function in the article Exhibitors.

  • Partners / Sponsors - this module allows you to create profiles of partners and sponsors supporting your event. You can divide them by categories, assign appropriate ranks and complete their profiles with the most important information to take care of the prominence of their role in the Application and on the Landing Page.

You can learn more about this module in the Sponsors and Partners module article.

  • Event Gallery - Event Gallery is a module where event participants can share their informal photos from the event. Users of the Mobile App can add photos straight from their phone's camera or those stored in their gallery. This allows you to create a unique photo gallery showing the event from the point of view of the participant and the organizer.

Learn more about this module in the Event Gallery article.

  • Treasure Hunt - use this module as an incentive for users to enjoy all the attractions and activities at your event. In this module you can create special QR codes, scanning of which translates into collecting points. Hide the codes in the venue, give them to speakers and let event attendees compete for the prize for the most points earned.

You can learn more about this module in the Treasure Hunt article.

  • Venues - this module is used to point users to important and useful places related to your event. It is based on Google Maps, which will allow your event participants to navigate by GPS to the most important points. Add the location of the event, as well as additional venues such as a parking lot, hotel or restaurant, for example.

You can learn more about this module in the Venues article.

  • WWW/Resources - this is the most flexible module in the Application, which you can customize according to your needs. It has a built-in HTML/CSS editor, which gives you a lot of options for creating content, with the option to set a dedicated look. You can create categories in it, which will appropriately divide the content according to its type or subject matter. This module also allows you to add links that redirect users to external sites, such as advertising or information sites. Within each of the added categories, you can add a page, written in HTML, or a link to an external site.

You can learn more about this module in the WWW/Resources article.

  • Business Matching - this is an extremely powerful module that allows users to create business meetings during your event. Participants can make special appointments with each other, as well as with speakers. Depending on the mode selected, as an administrator you can manage the meetings in question or set them yourself.

You can learn more about this module in the Business Matching article.

Learn more about this module in the Interactive map article.

  • Audiovisual Materials - this module allows you to provide Application participants with files in any format or as links to folders in the cloud. This is a great way to share a photo gallery, presentations shown during lectures, or other important files.
