Log in to Network for Good and click the Ask Que button. In the Que input box, type a stewardship-focused prompt such as:

Show me first-time donors from the past six months.
Which donors gave $500+ last year but haven’t been contacted recently?
Press Enter to generate your donor list.
Step 2: Save Your Segment
When you’re happy with the list, click Save Segment. Give it a clear name (e.g., “Unthanked Donors – Fall 2025”). Add an optional description so your team knows how and when to use it.
Step 3: Apply Stewardship Actions
Open your new segment and choose Donor Stewardship from the Que panel. Review the suggested next best actions, such as thank-you emails, phone calls, or event invitations. Customize the outreach messages to match your nonprofit’s voice before sending.
Step 4: Track and Repeat
Mark completed stewardship actions in your dashboard to keep your records up to date. Revisit your saved segment regularly to stay current with new donors who meet your criteria. Continue updating and refining segments so your stewardship efforts remain timely and effective.
