Want to keep your donors engaged? Bonterra Que can help you identify supporters who may be at risk of lapsing so you can reach out at the right time.
Step 1: Open Bonterra Que
From your Network for Good dashboard, click the 'Ask Que' button. This opens the assistant in a chat window.
Step 2: Request a List of At-Risk Donors
In the chat prompt, type a request such as:
Which donors are most at risk of lapsing?
Who should I reconnect with before year-end?
Que will return a list of prioritized donors who haven’t given recently or show declining engagement patterns.
Step 3: Review Donor Insights
Each donor card includes information like:
Giving history (last gift amount and date).
Engagement recency.
Predicted likelihood of reactivation.
Use these insights to decide how and when to re-engage each donor.
Step 4: Take Recommended Actions
Que suggests “next best steps” such as:
Scheduling a personal call.
Sending a handwritten thank-you.
Adding the donor to a stewardship priority list.
You can adapt these recommendations to fit your organization’s stewardship approach.
