No — the deposit cannot be transferred directly to the provider. Poppins manages the deposit and acts as a neutral intermediary.
The deposit can only be partially or fully captured by Poppins if a claim is validated, and only in the following cases:

All capture decisions are made by Poppins, based on evidence provided by both parties.
