The pre-authorization is triggered automatically 2 days before the rental start date, at 6:00 PM.
⚠️ If the pre-authorization fails, the borrower has 24 hours to update their payment method. If unresolved, the rental may be cancelled and the rental payment refunded according to our cancellation policy.
