Discounts available
1. Yearly billing
Paying yearly is cheaper than paying monthly: about 18% less on Starter, 29% on Growth and 25% on Pro. For example, Growth is $588/year instead of $69/month ($828/year). See Taplio plans and pricing.
2. Team (Organization) seats
When you add accounts to your Organization, every seat gets a discount automatically:
2 or more seats: 10% off each seat
11 or more seats: 15% off each seat
51 or more seats: 20% off each seat
The discount starts on your next billing cycle after you add the seats. Current rates are shown in Settings → Team and permissions. See Team billing and discounts.
3. Taplio + Tweet Hunter
If you use both Taplio and Tweet Hunter, connect the two accounts and you'll get 25% off future invoices on both subscriptions. The discount doesn't apply to invoices that were already issued.
4. Seasonal promotions
We sometimes run limited-time offers, for example on Black Friday. When a promotion is active, it's shown in the app or sent by email.
How do I use a coupon code?
New subscription: enter the code at checkout when you choose your plan.
Existing subscription: message us in the chat with the code and we'll check if it can be applied. It applies from your next invoice.
Rules
Discounts can't be combined. Only one discount applies to a subscription at a time. If you're eligible for two, the larger one applies.
No changes to past invoices. A discount only applies to future invoices, never to invoices that were already generated.
Codes have conditions. A code can be limited to certain plans, billing periods, new customers or a number of months. If a code is rejected at checkout, check its expiry date and which plan it's for.
We don't currently offer student, academic or nonprofit discounts.
My discount isn't showing
Check the next upcoming invoice in Settings → Billing → Invoices & subscription. Discounts show there, not on past invoices.
Team discounts only start on the next billing cycle after you add seats.
Still not right? Message us in the chat with the code or discount you expected.
