The Payments Dashboard is a separate tool from Chariot used to manage transactions, issue refunds, and view payment details. It has its own login and is only accessible to certain users.
How to Access the Payments Dashboard
In Chariot, click on the Operations tab in the main navigation.
Select Payments Dash from the menu.
You'll be prompted to log in — this is a separate login from your Chariot credentials.
Who Has Access
The Payments Dashboard is typically available to owners and select managers at your company. Not all Chariot users will have access by default.
If you don't see the Payments Dash link under Operations, there are two possibilities:
Your account hasn't been granted access yet. Contact your company's Chariot administrator to request it.
Access hasn't been enabled for your account on Chariot's end. Reach out to Chariot Support and we can enable it for you.
Forgot Your Payments Dashboard Login?
Since the Payments Dashboard uses separate credentials from Chariot, you'll need to use the password reset option on the Payments Dashboard login screen. If you run into issues, contact Chariot Support and we'll help get you back in.
