Settings - Application Methods

Define the ways your technicians apply material

Written by Rosie O'hara

Summary

Application methods describe how a material is applied — for example, crack & crevice, spot treatment, or foam. The methods you define here appear on the mobile app when techs record material usage. You can also choose up to 10 to display on your pre-printed service tickets.

Key Points

  • Create an application method for each way your techs apply material

  • Choose whether each one shows on pre-printed service tickets

  • Up to 10 methods can appear on pre-printed tickets

Important note: Once a material-use record is tied to an application method, you can no longer delete that method. You can hide it to prevent future use, and you can show deactivated methods at any time using Show deactivated application methods.

How to get to Application Methods

From the top of the Navigation bar, click Settings (gear icon)

Under the heading Pest & Material Settings, click Application Methods

How to Create an Application Method

Click the New Application Method button in the upper right

Fill in the form:

  • Application method name — the name of the method

  • Show on pre-printed service ticket — check this if you want the method to appear on your pre-printed tickets (up to 10 total)

Click the green Create Application Method button to save
