Settings - Recommendations

Tell customers what to do based on the conditions you observe

Summary

Recommendations are what you advise a customer to do based on your technician's observations (the conditions) at their location. Conditions are the cause; recommendations are the fix. For example, if a tech finds a trail of food debris from the kitchen to the living room sofa, the recommendation might be to sweep or vacuum daily. Match your recommendations to your conditions so there's a logical flow.

How to Get to Recommendations

From the top of the Navigation menu, click Settings (gear icon)

Under the heading Pest & Material Settings, click Recommendations


How to Create a Recommendation

Click the New Recommendation button in the upper right

Enter the Recommendation Name

Click the green Create Recommendation button to save


Examples

Common recommendations include:

  • Recurring Weekly Service

  • Recurring Monthly Service

  • Recurring Quarterly Service

  • Recurring Seasonal Service

Important note: Anytime you change something in Settings, your techs must Reload Data in the mobile app to see the change take effect.
