Summary
Build a list of the materials you use, based on the pests you target and your inventory. For each material, you record details — taken from the product label — that are used for reporting and tracking, and which some states require. The materials you define here appear on the mobile app when techs record usage, and you can choose up to 10 to display on pre-printed service tickets.
Key Points
Create a material for each product you apply
Record label details (EPA number, active ingredient, dilution rate, etc.)
Attach the Label and SDS so they post to the customer portal
Choose up to 10 materials to show on pre-printed tickets
Important note: Once a material-use record is tied to a material, you can no longer delete that material. You can hide it to prevent future use.
