Settings - Conditions

Record the conditions your technicians observe at a customer's location

Summary

Conditions are the observations your technicians share with customers about what they see — the cause of your recommendations. If a condition is the problem, the recommendation is the fix. For example, if a tech finds a trail of food debris from the kitchen to the living room sofa, that's the condition; "sweep or vacuum daily" is the recommendation. Match your conditions to your recommendations so there's a logical flow.

How to Get to Conditions

From the top of the Navigation menu, click Settings (gear icon)

Under the heading Pest & Material Settings, click Conditions


Create a condition

Click the New Appointment Condition button in the upper right

Enter the Condition Name

Click the green Create Appointment Condition button to save


Examples

Common conditions include:

  • Clogged Drains

  • Excessive Food Debris on Counters & Floors

  • Gaps in Doors / Windows

  • Poor Sanitation

Important note: Anytime you change something in Settings, your techs must Reload Data in the mobile app to see the change take effect.
