What printer settings should I use?
Paper size/structure -- Letter (8.5 x 11), Z-fold
Margins -- None
Scale -- 100% (don’t use “Fit to Page”)
Headers and Footers -- Off
Always do a test print on one sheet of plain letter paper first, then hold it up to a blank form to check alignment before you print the entire group.
What if I have a different layout for my pressure seal stock?
Hauler Hero supports 8.5 x 11 Z-fold stock layouts. If your stock uses a different layout, please submit a feature request through the chat bubble or by reaching out to your Implementation or Customer Success Manager.
Where can I get 8.5 x 11 Z-fold stock?
You can get them from websites like: http://thesupplyroom.com/
How do I print invoices on pressure seal stock?
Go to Billing > Invoices and select the 3-dot menu next to the invoice group you want to print, then click General Bulk Print Data.
After a few minutes, go back to the same menu, and click Generate Pressure Seal PDF
You’ll then see a PDF with every invoice in that invoice group.
If everything looks correct, click Print to print your invoices.
Why is “Generate Pressure Seal PDF” greyed out?
This just means the bulk print data for that group hasn’t yet been generated (or has not yet finished generating). Click Generate Bulk Print Data, wait a few minutes, and open the menu again.
I changed some invoices after generating bulk print data. Will the sheets show my changes?
No, you’ll need to click Generate Bulk Print Data again to regenerate the PDF before you print.
What happens to invoices with many line items?
They’ll continue to another sheet. Check the preview before printing so you know which sheets go together.
Does printing mark my invoices as sent or change them?
No; this feature only shows and prints the sheets. It won’t change your invoices, post them, or email customers.
