To add disposal stops from CRM, see: “How do I add disposal stops to my routes?”
Before we start
Make sure you’ve set up your disposal sites and accepted materials, as well as chosen a default disposal site. For reference:
Ensure you’re on the latest version of our Route Manager. Reach out to Support via the chat bubble or support@haulerhero.com if you want to add disposal stops and don’t see the Add Event button on your Route Manager.
How do I add a disposal stop to my route?
While running a route, type Add Event > Disposal Stop.
Select the Disposal Site and add a note if you need one. You may also add a disposal ticket at time, too.
Tap Add to Route.
The disposal stop will be added to today’s route and your office team will see it in CRM.
Note that when you add a disposal ticket, Hauler Hero Road will link it to the stops since your last dump (i.e. “The 3 stops since your last dump will be linked to this ticket.”).
How do I complete, skip, or remove a disposal stop?
Tap the disposal stop, then:
Complete -- Marks it as done.
Skip -- Marks it skipped; depending on your company’s settings, Hauler Hero Road may ask you to log an exception.
Remove Event -- Takes the stop off the route.
These buttons will only show while the stop is pending, awaiting your action.
How do I add disposal tickets to a work order?
Tap Add Disposal Ticket while having a disposal stop selected.
You can also add a ticket by opening the stop’s work order and tap the Disposal Ticket icon.
Fill out the ticket:
Ticket ID -- The ID on the disposal ticket
Date -- The date of the disposal ticket
Disposal site -- The location the disposal ticket was generated at
Material(s) and amount -- What was disposed, what quantity, and at what rate
Photo of the ticket (optional) -- A photo of the ticket itself
Save the ticket.
What if something doesn’t look right?
“No active disposal sites available”
Your office team will need to set up and/or turn on a disposal site.
“This disposal site has no materials set up”
Your office team needs to specify what materials that disposal site accepts.
“Add a material and enter a quantity to save this ticket”
Every ticket needs at least one material and its quantity.
