How to Set Up LiveRecover AI Insights

Learn how to connect LiveRecover AI Insights to Claude and ask questions about your store's performance in plain language.

LiveRecover AI Insights connects your LiveRecover data directly to Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant. Once connected, you can ask questions about your store's recovery performance, customer conversations, and more in plain language.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, make sure you have:

  1. An active LiveRecover account with at least one brand

  2. A Claude account at claude.ai (free or paid)

Add the connector

  1. Open Claude at claude.ai or in the Claude desktop app

  2. Click Settings

  3. Go to Connectors

  4. Click Add custom connector

  5. Enter the following:

Connect your LiveRecover account

The first time you ask a question, a browser window will open prompting you to log in to LiveRecover. Sign in, select your brand, and authorize the connection. You only need to do this once. The connection refreshes automatically going forward.

What you can ask

Once connected, ask questions in plain language. For example:

  • "How are my recovery stats looking this month?"

  • "What are the biggest reasons customers aren't buying?"

  • "Show me conversations where customers asked about shipping"

  • "What discounts are my flows currently offering?"

Troubleshooting

Connector not pulling data

Verify the URL is exactly https://mcp.vyg.app/mcp with no extra spaces.

Login window not appearing

Try asking a specific question like "Show me my dashboard stats" to trigger the authentication flow.

Wrong brand showing up

Disconnect and reconnect to select a different brand.
