The checkout or payment page is blank or won't load

What to do when the checkout page shows up blank or won't complete, including buying additional mailboxes.

If the checkout page appears blank, freezes, or won't let you complete a purchase — whether you're signing up or adding more mailboxes — it's usually caused by something blocking the payment page from loading. These steps fix it in most cases.

Quick fixes to try first

  • Open the checkout in a different browser, or use a private/incognito window.

  • Temporarily disable any VPN, ad blocker, or privacy extensions, then reload the page — these often block payment pages from displaying.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try from another device or internet connection.

  • Make sure your card allows online and international payments.

If you were charged but don't see your order

  • Please don't try to buy the same items again, as this can lead to a duplicate charge.

  • Give your dashboard a few minutes to update, then refresh the page.

  • If your purchase still isn't showing, contact us with the email address on your account and we'll locate the payment and make sure everything is added correctly.
