Market Research + Pipeline

    1. Find opportunities from a variety of different sources, such as:

    2. Advanced Search Capabilities - Allows users to filter very specific keywords for opportunities.

    3. Saved Searches- If there’s a search that you run repeatedly, you can quickly access results by creating a Saved Search. You’ll also receive a summary of the new search results in your daily NextStage email.

    2. Add Notes to an Opportunity- Add notes or correspondence to an opportunity to keep track of all activity on an opportunity.

    3. Team Tab - Track your internal capture team, government POCs, and teaming partners.

    4. Tasks - Manage tasks in your opportunity to set reminders and track action items.

    5. Documents- Connect SharePoint or upload to store opportunity specific documents.

    6. Score - Use this to track progress of specific criteria or categories and provide a quantitative measure of an opportunity.

Proposal

  1. Document Shred - First Step in the proposal workflow. This allows users to pull requirements from any solicitation documents and approve or reject that content for use in the outline.

  2. Win Themes - Generate Win Themes for customer to create differentiation when creating and using the Pink Team Draft.

  3. Past Performance - Create past performance records to save and use for many proposals. Providing the tool with specific information to create the most accurate and relevant past performance sections.

  4. Solutions - Create Task areas and solution approach that mirror the PWS and guide drafting.

  5. Key Personnel - Have the tool generate requirements and specific roles from the RFP documents and assign specific users from your personnel to those roles

  6. Outline - Create, edit, and finalize the outline for your pink team draft. This will pull in all requirements from the shred and allow users to map requirements to specific sections of the outline.

  7. Pink Team - Using the completed outline, this will generate a word document to continue editing and finalizing for future stages and teams.
