We know that changing your ACH details, and a short pause in receiving ACH, is an inconvenience. As a small thank you for bearing with us, Pakistan users who had ACH details active or requested when we announced the change (15 September 2026) get the offers below.
When the offers unlock: the $10 Infinite card price and the 2% cashback become available once your first ACH payment lands in your new ACH details. Until then, the Infinite card still shows its normal price in the app. Nothing is wrong and you haven't missed out; the discount will be there once your first payment arrives. The free multicurrency IBAN is active now.
$90 off the Infinite card
The Infinite card is yours for $10 instead of $100.
Unlocks: after your first ACH payment has landed in your new details. Before that, the app shows the standard price. If you order the card before your first payment arrives, you pay the standard price and the discount cannot be applied afterwards, so we recommend waiting.
2% cashback on your first payroll
Receive 2% cashback on the first salary or income payment that lands in your new ACH details, capped at $10.
Unlocks: automatically, when that first payment arrives in your new details. There is nothing to claim.
Free multicurrency IBAN
Your GBP, USD and EUR IBAN, which normally costs a one-off $5.99 to open, is free to open for the next month so you can keep receiving at no cost through the disruption.
Unlocks: now. This is applied automatically, so there is nothing you need to do. See how to receive money while ACH is being transitioned.
How to get there
Your current ACH details stop accepting payments on Wednesday 30 September 2026. We recommend anyone paying you sends the money at least 3 business days before that, so by Friday 25 September 2026.
Watch for our email and the in-app banner announcing your new ACH details. We'll confirm the date as soon as it's set.
Once your first ACH payment lands in the new details, the $10 Infinite card price appears in the app and the 2% cashback is applied to that payment.
Why does the Infinite card still show $100?
Because your first ACH payment into your new details hasn't landed yet. Your new details aren't live yet, so right now the card shows its standard price for everyone. Your offer is safe: it's tied to your account, not to a code, and it will appear once that first payment arrives.
If you have already received an ACH payment in your new details and the card still shows $100, reach out to us with a screenshot and we'll sort it out.
