Video Quality
If you are experiencing choppy or poor-quality video chats, try the following:
PC/Laptop Users: Use a hard-wired network connection when possible.
Mobile Device Users: Connect via WiFi instead of a cellular connection.
Internet Speed Requirement: A minimum speed of 5 Mbps up and down is needed for a good chat experience.
If unsure of your speed, visit speedtest.net to run a test.
No Video
If your video is not working:
Test Your Device: Run a device check here .
Check Webcam Access: Ensure Webcam Access protection is turned off.
Anti-Virus Settings: Confirm your anti-virus software supports webcam access.
Please check to see if Webcam Access protection is turned off and if your anti-virus program/software supports it.
Video Chat Connectivity Issues
If you cannot join a video chat session while another participant (e.g., a patient) is already connected:
Update Your Web Browser: Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.
Outdated browsers may lack features or security updates required for video chat.
Attempt Reconnection:
Close your browser completely.
Reopen it and try joining the video chat session again.
