Make sure the volume on speakers is turned on and up as well as verify it is not muted. Also, be sure the correct audio device is selected.
If participants are using headphones please ensure they are plugged in and not muted. If they are not using headphones please ask them to turn Bluetooth off.
If you use dictation software, it must be turned off.
