How do I open Video Chat?
In the menu on the left-hand side, click Video Chat. Your Waiting Room opens.
How do I check my camera and audio before a video chat?
Click My Device in the upper right corner of the Waiting Room.
From My Device you can:
See a preview of your camera.
Update your audio settings.
Change your background.

Click the Settings tab, next to the My Device tab. From Settings you can:
Change your chat preferences.
Turn off or mute your video when you enter a chat.
Change your profile display name.
Change your meeting URL or create your own.
Set up virtual backgrounds.

How do I invite someone to a phone call, no video chat?
From your Waiting Room, click add phone call.
Search for the person you want to invite.
Choose whether to send the invite by email or text.
Click Send Invite.
The person is added to your Waiting Room

How do I start a video chat?
When the person you invited is in your Waiting Room, click Start or Enter Chat Room next to their name.
How do I start a video chat with more than one person?
If you have more than one person in your Waiting Room, you can bring them into the same video chat:
Check the box next to each person you want in the chat.
Click Start Video Chat.
This starts a video chat conference. A video chat conference can have up to 12 participants.
Can I add someone after the video chat has started?
Yes. You can add people to a video chat that's already in progress.
How do I add a video participant during a chat?
In the video chat, click Add participants in the bottom left corner.
Search for the person you want to add.
Add them. They join the live video chat.

How do I add someone by phone during a chat?
In the video chat, click Add a phone call in the bottom left corner.
Enter the person's name or phone number.
They join the video chat by phone, audio only.
Tip: Adding someone by phone is helpful for interpreters, family members, or anyone who doesn't need video.
How do I share my screen during a video chat?
In the video chat, click Share Screen on the toolbar at the bottom.
Choose what you want to share, such as your whole screen, a window, or a browser tab.
To stop sharing, click End.
Note: Only the person running the video chat (the host) can share their screen. Patients and other participants can't share their screens.
How do I view invite details, resend an invite, add an interpreter, or remove someone from my Waiting Room?
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the person's name in your Waiting Room. From there you can:
Check the invite details.
Resend the invite.
Add an interpreter.
Remove the person from the Waiting Room
Where do I find a summary of my video chat or call?
When your video chat or phone call is done, go back to your Inbox. A video chat summary is there.
