Getting started with 1Place is quick and easy!

In just a few steps, you’ll be all set to manage your daily tasks, complete checklists smoothly, and track incidents effortlessly. Whether you’re using the mobile app or web version, 1Place helps keep everything organized, so nothing slips through the cracks. With the right setup, you’ll spend less time on admin work and more time focusing on what really matters. Let’s dive in and get you up to speed!

Step 1: Get the 1Place App!


Download 1Place Compliance Manager from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) or log in via the Web App at app.1placeonline.com.

Step 3: Daily Home Page Checks

Important!!!

Make it a habit to check your 1Place Home Page at least three times a day — Morning, Midday, and End of Day.

This is your main dashboard where you’ll see everything you need to action — from checklists that need to be completed, incidents that need reporting, to tickets waiting for resolution.

Checking regularly helps you stay on top of your daily tasks, avoid missing important deadlines, and keep your location running smoothly. It’s also where you’ll see reminders for overdue checklists or anything assigned specifically to you.

Think of it as your personal to-do list and communication hub — checking it often keeps you in control and ready for the day ahead!
