There are multiple ways to access members and memberships in Chalk It Pro. Below are the options, along with their pros and cons.
Option 1: Reports > Billing (Not Recommended)
Displays only memberships, punchcards, and drop-ins purchased within a selected date range, regardless of their current status (active or inactive).
Best for viewing the total amount of money paid for memberships in a specific period.
Option 2: Members (Not Recommended)
Allows you to see all active memberships, but requires manual filtering:
Set the "Status Filter" to Active.
Select all desired memberships in the "Membership Filter".
Not well-organized but useful for exporting a .csv file of current members to copy emails or phone numbers into external tools like CRMs for mass emails or SMS campaigns.
Option 3: Admin Dashboard (Recommended)
The most versatile and comprehensive option.
View all membership types, including:
Subscription memberships
Punchcards
Free memberships
Expiring and renewable memberships
Also displays total athletes and coaches (active, inactive, or suspended).
