Option 1 - Reports - Billing
You COULD do it this way... it's not recommended though.
This option will only show memberships/punchcards/drop-ins purchased in a selected date range - whether the memberships are currently active or inactive. This is a great option to get an amount of money paid for just memberships in a certain date range.
Option 2 - Members
You COULD do it this way... it's not recommended though.
This option would allow you to see all active memberships - but, you tediously have to toggle "Status Filter" to "Active" AND toggle all memberships you want to view in "Membership Filter". This will show a list of all members with an active membership, but does not sort them very well. This is a great way to download a .csv file of your current members to maybe copy and paste emails or phone numbers into an external software/CRM (mass email/SMS), etc.
Option 3 - Admin Dashboard
Very versatile and robust - you're able to view all subscription memberships, punchcards, free memberships, expiring memberships, renewable memberships, etc. You can also see total athletes and total coaches - active, inactive, or suspended.
