Member Notes

A new section for Member Notes is now available in the Member's Profile.

What is Member Notes?

  • Member Notes is a feature in each member's profile that lets you store and track important information about that member — from random details to injury history and personal goals.

  • Notes appear at the top of the member's profile for easy access.

Types of Notes

  • General — Use this for miscellaneous info like Silver Sneakers numbers, emergency contacts, or anything that doesn't fit another category.

  • Injury — Use this to log injury details including a title, description, body area affected, recovery status (recovering or resolved), and clearance info (date and who cleared them).

  • Goal — Use this to track member goals.

  • Restriction — Use this as a way to track movement restrictions outside of injury - mobility restrictions, movement restrictions, etc.

Pinning Notes to the Check-In Kiosk

  • Injury and Restriction notes are automatically pinned to the check-in kiosk — no extra steps needed.

  • For General and Goal notes, you can choose to opt in to pin them to the kiosk when creating the note.

  • Pinned notes appear as a colored tag on the kiosk when a member checks into class, so coaches can click in and read the details before class starts.

New Addition (post-video creation) - Visible to Member

  • When setting up the note, you have the option to have the note show on the members dashboard

  • If selected, you also have the option to send an in-app notification to them
