Samples screen: Improvement to view soil sampling data based on growing season to enhance user experience:
You can now select if you would like any samples from October onwards in a given year to be considered as part of the next season. Eg: samples taken in Oct 2024 will appear for the 2025 season when the 'October-September' option is selected.

Samples: New feature ensuring that duplicate samples (based on lab number) are identified and not created when uploading samples manually.

Account management: Site, Paddock and Farm names are now limited to 50 characters to avoid data issues when using the web or the application.

Paddock Plans: when adding New Products to Plans, decimal point function has been added for nutrients percentages.

Plan/ Manage Jobs: Link to sample data is now available when not all samples of a Planned Job have been collected.

Manage Farms total: Total of arable ha per farm and per accounts is now available in 'Manage Farms'. Note: the screen will need to be refreshed to view updated total.

DAM V4.4.2

Removal of Multi Factor Authentification.

MFA will no longer prompt when logging on to DecipherAg Mobile app. This means you will only require your username and password to log in – no more additional SMSs or calls to log in when out in the field. You do not need to download a new version - it will be automatically removed from the app log in.
Please note, prompts for MFA when logging on to either myCSBP or the web version of DecipherAg will remain.

Improvements when downloading test results from MyData - Analytes values results are now included and only columns with data will be downloaded (avoiding blank columns).

Changes have been made to DecipherAg to make it easier for users to navigate DecipherAg by simplifying the menu.

The new menu groups commonly used features together.

Key changes

MyData has been replaced with links to relevant data from Samples and Imagery
A new Setup menu contains the main components used to start using DecipherAg
Plan menu contains the main components used at the start of the season
Review contains the main components used at the end of the season, including yield.
Samples and imagery remain unchanged

Nutrient Use Efficiency (NUE) Review

DecipherAg displays Nutrient Use Efficiency (NUE) using paddock nutrient application rates and standard removal rates based on the crops yield.

NUE is expressed as a percentage and can be used as an indication of how well a crop or pasture has taken up the nutrients applied.

DecipherAg displays Gross Margin (GM) across paddocks.
This calculation is based on fertiliser applications and their associated costs compared with yield and grain price.

Water Use Efficiency (WUE) Review

Water Use Efficiency (WUE) is the measure of how much yield (kg), is produced per millimeter of Growing Season Rainfall (GSR): 25% of Nov – March + 100% of 1st April -31st Oct calculated from SILO weather data service. A higher number indicates higher efficiency.

CO2e Review

CO2e, or carbon dioxide (CO2) equivalent, is a standard unit for measuring carbon emissions. It expresses the impact of each different greenhouse gas in terms of the amount of CO2 that would create the same amount of warming. That way, a carbon footprint consisting of lots of different greenhouse gases can be expressed as a single number.

Accounts

Split year accounts have been replaced with calendar year – all affected data has been moved across.

Plans

Plans (if they don’t exist) will be created for the 2019, 2020 and 2021 seasons, and be populated with crop type and estimated yield, based off satellite data.
This will assist with pre filling (PIF) for 2023 sampling jobs. No changes will be made to existing plans.
