My WhatsApp flow is not sending

Check if the flow is activated (if the flow is an automation).

Make sure the flow is set to "ON".

Test Without Blocking Conditions

During testing, ignore waiting times and ensure that no conditions are blocking the flow – see the article "How to Test My Flow".


Check if Your Templates Are "Approved" by Meta
Ensure that your templates have been submitted for Meta approval and are not in draft mode. The status "Approved" should be displayed on all templates after clicking "Submit".


First Message with a "Start Node" for Campaigns
If this is a campaign, make sure the first message is properly set as a "start node".

Payment Issues?
If everything looks fine, check your payment methods in the Business Manager settings.
