Shrink Route List
This controls how route cards display.
Options
ON = Route cards shrink as stops are completed
OFF = Larger cards remain visible
Follow Me Setting (Highly Recommended)
What It Does
Follow Me records the order a driver actually runs the route.
This allows dispatchers to:
Export the sequence
Save improved routing patterns
Rebuild routes based on real-world driver experience
Example
If a driver changes the order because:
Roads are easier
Traffic flows better
One side of town is faster
The dispatcher can permanently update the route later.
Recommendation
✔ Leave Follow Me ON at all times
Autocomplete Settings
Autocomplete automatically completes stops when the truck reaches the service location.
Autocomplete ON vs OFF
ON
Stops complete automatically
Less tablet interaction while driving
OFF
Driver manually completes every stop
Recommended Autocomplete Setup
Setting | Recommended |
Autocomplete | ON |
Radius | 30–100 feet |
Right-Side Only | Depends on truck type |
Timer | 15–25 seconds |
Max Speed | 3–5 MPH |
Right-Side Autocomplete
Turn ON if:
Using side-load trucks
Servicing only from one side
Leave OFF if:
Using rear-load trucks
Throwers service both sides
Autocomplete Timer
The timer gives drivers time to mark exceptions before a stop auto-completes.
Example
If a cart is not out:
Driver taps the red X before timer finishes
Maximum Speed Setting
This determines the maximum speed allowed before a stop auto-completes.
Recommendation
Set:
3–5 MPH
This prevents issues caused by:
Truck vibration
GPS drift
Tablet movement
Changing Route Dates
Drivers can change the working date to:
View future routes
Run ahead
Review previous routes
Example
A driver finishes early Wednesday and wants to run Thursday’s route.
Night Mode / Dark Mode
Drivers can choose:
Light screen
Dark screen
Purely personal preference.
Syncing the Tablet
There are TWO sync options.

Coming soon.
Future functionality will allow:
Disposal tracking
Dump tickets
End-of-route disposal records

Unfinished Stops
If unfinished stops remain, drivers can:
Option 1 – Bulk Complete
Use if:
Stops were actually serviced
GPS/autocomplete missed them
Option 2 – Bulk Skip
Use if:
Stops were intentionally skipped
Option 3 – Leave Unfinished (Recommended)
Best option when:
