To view a truck’s vehicle inspection record in Hauler Hero Road, first, select a truck, then, tap the Vehicle Inspection card from the mobile app homepage.
On the screen that follows, you’ll see a summary of the past Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports done for the truck you selected. Tap the Clipboard icon to start a new inspection.
On the Inspection view:
Specify whether the inspection is being done before or after a trip (before or after you ran the route).
Select what part of the truck you’re inspecting.
Identify any new issues you find.
If you’re a mechanic, identify which issues you’ve fixed.
Record the current odometer reading and engine hours for the truck, along with a couple quick photos for confirmation.
Click the blue “Sign” button to finalize and save your inspection report.
And we’re done! You’ve recorded a new inspection report.
