To run a route in Hauler Hero Road, after you’ve selected a route and vehicle to use, tap one of the following:
The Route Card
The Route Progress summary
The Map icon
The Route Card and Route Progress summary will take you to a list-and-card view of your selected route.
The Map icon will take you to a list-and-map view of your selected route.
As you run your route, tap the Complete, Exception, or Skip buttons to track your outcome at each stop.
If you tap the Exception button, you’ll be asked to specify the type of exception it is. Depending on what option you choose, you’ll be given a follow-up display as per that exception’s needs.
If you’re looking at the list-and-card view, you’ll also be able to, from left to right:
Change what action the stop needs
Click the Ticket icon to file a disposal ticket
Click the Phone icon to call the point of contact for that stop, if any exists
If you’re looking at the list-and-map view, you’ll have access to a map that you can expand, scroll around, zoom in and out, shift between “map” and “satellite” view, or toggle between 2D or 3D view.
Once you’ve finished your route’s last stop, tap the “Finish Route” button. This button will be automatically tapped for you if all the route’s stops have been addressed.
In the screen that follows, if any stops haven’t been resolved, you’ll have the option to select one or more of unresolved stops and bulk complete or bulk skip them.
Click “Complete Route” to finish your run.
And we’re done! You’ve successfully run a route!
