The Route Manager’s Board view is one of two ways to manage your routes’ day-to-day, alongside the List view.
At the top, you’ll see the Route Manager’s header.
From left to right:
A way to toggle between the Board, List, and Map views.
A place to search for specific stops within your routes.
Filters you can use to specify what route cards and stops (below the header) you’ll see. You can filter with respect to:

A dropdown to adjust how your route cards below will sort
Under the header, you’ll see route columns and the stops (work order events) each route runs. The date field at the top, in the middle, tells you what calendar day’s stops you’re looking at below.
Customize Cards near the top right corner opens a dialog that lets you specify what data you want to see on each service card you see in the route cards.
Each service card can be configured to show the following information, in reference to the screenshot below.
Header
“Main Warehouse” will either be Customer Name or Location Name, depending on whether or not Location Name is checked off in Customize Cards.
The bolded address is the Service Address.
The grey address is the Billing Address.
Service Details
“WO-PREVIEW-001”is the Work Order #.
“MSW 96gal Cart” is the Service Name.
“MSW,” to the left of the orange/yellow “Commercial” tag, shows the Material.
The orange/yellow “Commercial” tagshows the service’s Business Line.
The purple “Collection” tag is where the service’s action is placed.
The tag reading “8 yd” is where the service’s container’s Measure is placed.
Right above the Measure is the Recurrence of the service.
Underneath Materials and Business Line is a number; this is the Number of Containers to be serviced at that location.
Actions & Attachments
Tags show up under the Number of Containers.
At the bottom, from left to right:
Exceptions
Notes
Purchase Order
Disposal Ticket

Video
Actions Menu, which has 4 available actions
View Account
View Work Order
View on map
View on board
Clicking “Bulk Actions” will allow you to select multiple stops in that route to Bulk Complete, Bulk Unassign, or Bulk Move.
And finally, at the top right of each route, you can see that route’s Status (i.e. Not Started, In Progress, etc.).
Note that on the service cards themselves, hovering over a Completed status icon will show you the date/time that stop was serviced.
Note when a route is In Progress, and Progress Metrics is enabled, you’ll see an estimation for how close that route is to being completed.
