Every time a change is published to a route’s Master Sequence, Hauler Hero CRM saves a version. In the event a route’s stop order needs fixing, you can restore an earlier version of it.
As of October 2026, this functionality is found in Master Sequence > Master Activity.
In this article, we’ll go over how dispatchers and office admins in CRM can:
Restore a route’s master sequence
Restore a deleted route
Restore a specific day’s route
How do I restore a route’s master sequence?
First, select the route while in Master Sequence, then click Master Activity.
Each row here is a past version of the route, from latest to oldest, along with who made the change(s) and when.
Find the change you want to undo and click the Rewind button for that row. The route will go back to how it looked before that change.
In the dialog that comes up, choose your options (explained below), then click Preview Restore. The Heads Up alert also explains what each option does.
By default, restoration only puts stops back into their old order.
Newly added stops will move to the top of the route.
Stops unassigned since that version won’t come back.
Daily routes that’ve already been created won’t change.
If you check Also update future daily routes to match, you'll reorder all future daily routes for that day to match and no stops will be added to or removed from those days.
If you check Reassign missing stops to this route, you’ll pull stops from this version back onto this route, whether they’re now unassigned or on another route. The other routes will lose those stops and this cannot be undone.
You'll be taken to the Master Sequence board to review the result. If it looks right, click Restore at the top right. If not, click Discard Preview and nothing changes.
How do I bring back a route I deleted?
Deleting a route sends all of its stops to Unassigned, but bringing a route back with Route Recovery will return that route empty.
To get its stops back:
Bring the route back with Route Recovery first (see How do I create, edit, delete, or restore a route?)
Then in Master Sequence > Master Activity, find the entry from when the route was deleted and click Rewind.
Tick both checkboxes; without Reassign missing stops to this route, the stops will stay unassigned and the route stays empty.
Click Preview Restore, review the board, then click Restore. Repeat this for each day of the week the route runs.
Can I restore one day’s route instead?
Yes, by using the Daily Activity tab instead of Master Activity. Restoring a daily route reorders that day only and stops added since will stay at the top of the route in their current order.
Reassigning missing stops to that route will work the same way.
There is no “future days” option in this scenario.
