Under Billing > General, set up a 2 Quarters Cycle
After you save that, then you can create your billing profile and set your starting months
6 Month Billing Cycle
The semi annual one is a bit of an odd ball, but you're going to want to create 2 Quarters as your cycle. Then setting up just like annual you'll select your starting months.
