SSO icons have been added to the Settings/Users/People section to help identify how an employee has activated their account. This is useful if a user has logged out and is attempting an Email/Password combination that does not match system settings. You can inform your team how they confirmed their user account for signing in.
The blank section indicates the user confirmed the account with Email / Password. For the Google & Microsoft options, please direct the user to select the matching SSO icon, then enter the credentials that match that icon.
For example, if your driver confirmed their account with Gmail SSO, they select the Google icon, and in the pop up enter the credentials for their Gmail (email & the password to their email). This is encrypted information that we cannot see and do not have access to.
