How do do time zones work in Hauler Hero?

Discusses how time zones are configured for users

Hauler Hero shows date and time stamps according to your user’s time zone setting. This means that the timestamps you see on notes, activity logs, work orders, and exceptions are all converted into your time zone automatically.

If a given user hasn’t set a time zone, Hauler Hero will default to Pacific time.

How do I set a user’s time zone?

First, go to Settings > Users > People.

Select the person whose user you want to set the time zone to, select their Time Zone, and click the Save.

In the screenshot below, the user’s time zone is set to Eastern (ET), 3 hours ahead of Pacific (PT). The notes and exception’s details manually note the time they were created in Pacific, while the system date and time stamps (in gray) show the actual time converted to Eastern (ET) as per the user’s time zone setting.
