Once your payment goes through, everything is set up from your dashboard at app.maildoso.com. Here's the full path from an empty account to mailboxes that are ready to send.
1. Start on the Home page
The cards at the top show your limits: Maildoso email accounts, Google email accounts, Domains and Pre-warmed domains — each as used/limit with how many are still available. If a card shows 0, your purchase hasn't been applied yet — see Paid but your dashboard shows 0 mailboxes / 0 domains?
Below them, the +10 / +20 / +50 / Custom buttons let you quickly add more email accounts (we recommend keeping a buffer).
Quick actions (click to expand) walks you through each step: Add domains, Create email accounts, Connect to sequencer and Set up MasterInbox.
Mailbox Performance Summary flags problems such as mailboxes sending too few warmup emails. Learn more opens the Insights page — see Understanding your Warmup & Deliverability Insights.
2. Get domains
You need at least one Active domain before you can create mailboxes. There are three ways to get one (all under Quick actions → Add domains):
Register new domains — Domains → Add more domains opens a 3-step flow: Search domains (enter your primary domain, a list of domains or keywords; Exact match only searches full domain names only — turn it off to get suggestions), Personal information, and Register domains. New domains need 2–3 weeks of warm-up before they perform. Tips for buying a batch safely: Buying new domains.
Connect existing domains — bring domains you already own: Bring your own domains
Pre-warmed domains — domains already warmed up for 3+ weeks, so you can send on day one: Pre-warmed domains (beta).
Registered domains usually become Active shortly after registration; timing details: How long until my domains and mailboxes are ready to use?
3. Create mailboxes
Go to Email accounts and click Add more email accounts at the bottom of the list (or Quick actions → Create email accounts).
At the top of Create mailboxes, choose Maildoso (SMTP) or Google — each shows how many you have available. Once you use a domain with one provider, it stays linked to it.
For each row, enter a First name and Last name (both are required) and a Mailbox name, then pick one or more domains in the Domain field — the picker shows how many mailboxes each domain already has, and Apply to all rows uses the same domains for every row. Use Add new line for more mailboxes.
Click Continue, review the list in Check created mailboxes, and finish with Register mailboxes.
SMTP mailboxes usually become Active within 30–90 minutes — see What each mailbox status means.
4. Connect your sequencer and start warmup
SMTP mailboxes: Email accounts → Export accounts → Download all accounts as CSV, then upload the CSV to your sequencer.
Google Workspace mailboxes: select them and use Export accounts → Add selected Google accounts to Sequencer (connect the tool first in Settings → Sequencers for GW).

5. Optional: set up your Master Inbox
Create a Master Inbox on the Master Inbox page, then assign it to your SMTP mailboxes with Email accounts → Bulk actions → Change forwarding for Maildoso to collect all replies in one place: Master Inbox: setting it up.
