Set up Mondial Relay in yayloh

Connect your Mondial Relay account (API V1 or V2) and create return labels.

Written by Vineeta Pendse

Create Mondial Relay return labels directly from yayloh.

Before you start

  • A Mondial Relay account, with the countries you want to offer returns from.

  • Your API version (V1 or V2). Ask your Mondial Relay account manager which one your account uses. Each version needs different credentials.

  • Your warehouse set up under Settings > Stores & warehouses. You'll choose it when you create the route.

  • Admin access to yayloh.

Step 1: Get your credentials

You'll usually find your credentials in the Mondial Relay back office. If not, Mondial Relay's support team can help.

API version

Credentials

V1

Merchant ID (letters and numbers) and private key

V2

API brand ID (letters and numbers), API login (for example XYZ@business-api.mondialrelay.com) and API password

Step 2: Add Mondial Relay as a carrier

  1. Go to Settings > Carriers & Routes and open the Carriers tab.

  2. Click Add carrier and enter a name, for example "Mondial Relay".

  3. Choose the carrier company for your API version: MONDIAL RELAY for V1, or MONDIAL_RELAY_V2 for V2.

  4. Under Credentials, enter the credentials for your version from Step 1.

Step 3: Create a route

  1. In the Routes tab, click Add route and choose your Mondial Relay carrier under Use.

  2. Under Allow returns from, choose the countries enabled in your Mondial Relay account.

  3. Choose your Default warehouse.

No specifications are needed for Mondial Relay.

Step 4: Save and test

Click Apply changes, then create a test label on the Labels page.

Good to know

  • Labels only work for countries enabled in your Mondial Relay account. To add a country, contact Mondial Relay first.
