Create Helthjem returns directly from yayloh, including labelless returns and home returns.

Before you start
A Helthjem contract, with the countries you want to offer returns from.
Your warehouse set up under Settings > Stores & warehouses. You'll choose it when you create the route.
Admin access to yayloh.
Step 1: Get your shop ID
Ask your Helthjem contact for your shop ID.
Step 2: Add Helthjem as a carrier
Go to Settings > Carriers & Routes and open the Carriers tab.
Click Add carrier, enter a name (for example "Helthjem"), and choose HELTHJEM_NATIVE as the carrier company.
Under Credentials, enter your shop ID.
Step 3: Create a route
In the Routes tab, click Add route and choose your Helthjem carrier under Use.
Under Allow returns from, choose the countries in your Helthjem contract, for example Norway.
Choose your Default warehouse.
Open Specifications and choose your service under TRANSPORT_SOLUTION_ID (required).
TRANSPORT_SOLUTION_ID | Service |
17 | Return via store |
21 | Helthjem return |
23 | Helthjem "me to you" |
33 | Whole-home return / pick up in store |
63 | Helthjem return package |
121 | Complete home return / labelless return via store |

Helthjem picks the return method. For each return, Helthjem decides based on the customer's address whether they get a QR code, a home pickup or, as a backup, a PostNord label. See Helthjem's delivery methods.
Step 4: Save and test
Click Apply changes, then create a test label on the Labels page.
Good to know
Returns only work for countries in your Helthjem contract. To add a country, contact Helthjem first.
Not sure which service to choose? Ask your Helthjem contact which services your contract includes.
For how routes, priority and fallbacks work, see Carriers & Routes: how it works.
